About this event
The "Zenzic CAM Scale-Up Programme: Innovators Announced" event is a showcase of up-and-coming CAM technology and the announcement of the successful start-ups and SMEs of this year’s Zenzic CAM Scale-Up programme. The event will include presentations, pitches from the SMEs who are pitching to secure a place on the programme, and more.

About Zenzic CAM Scale Up
The CAM Scale-Up programme offers selected start-ups and SMEs an opportunity to verify their innovative CAM solutions at pace. Government grant funding is awarded to UK-based organisations within the CAM sector and those from adjacent sectors that aim to pivot solutions into the market.

The programme is fully funded by the UK government’s Centre for Connected and Automated Vehicles, is co-ordinated by Zenzic, and in partnership with Plug and Play.

Start-ups and SMEs are also given access to world-class technical and business assistance with access to corporate partners as well as the wider CAM Ecosystem, investment support from our delivery partner Plug and Play and their global investment accelerator platform, as well as Zenzic’s insights from the UK Connected and Automated Mobility Roadmap to 2030.

Michael is a specialist in technology and innovation policy, currently focusing on: consolidating the UK's position among world leaders in the testing, development, and deployment of connected and automated mobility (CAM) technologies and services; highlighting the integral role of CAM techs in achieving net zero targets sooner; as well as securing sustainable economic benefits for British industry and unlocking social benefits for society. Since 2016, he's worked on developing CAM Testbed UK, the UK's world class, comprehensive testing and development ecosystem, both with CCAV and with Zenzic, channelling £200 million of investment to unite industry, government and academia in the move to a safer, more inclusive and productive mobile future.
